Terms & Condition

The Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and NECC+ (“we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your use of the NECC+ platform and services. By accessing and using services through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our platform.

Definitions: “Customer” refers to any individual or entity using NECC+ to book services. “Specialist” or “Essential Interior Care Specialist” refers to an independent contractor providing services via NECC+. “Platform” or “Services” includes the NECC+ website, applications, booking tools, and all related functionalities.

Eligibility: Customers must be at least 18 years of age, and lawfully capable of entering binding contracts. By using our platform, Customers affirm the accuracy and completeness of all information provided. NECC+ reserves the right to refuse services to any individual or entity that does not comply or meet the criteria.

Use of Services: Customers shall provide accurate service details and use the platform solely for lawful purposes. Misuse of the platform or interference with its operation may result in termination of access and legal liability.

Independent Contractor Status: Specialists are independent contractors, not employees or agents of NECC+. NECC+ facilitates the connection between Customers and Specialists, but does not control the manner of service delivery. Customers acknowledge that Specialists perform services at their own discretion and responsibility. NECC+’s role is solely limited to platform operation and mediation in disputes.

Payments: All payments are processed securely via Chase Business Authorize.net. Pre-authorization shall be obtained at booking; final payment will be charged upon completion of the service. Customers are responsible for providing valid payment information. NECC+ strives for transparent pricing, but final costs may vary when service scope changes.

Cancellations & Refunds: Customers may cancel or reschedule bookings per the Refund & Cancellation Policy. NECC+ reserves sole discretion in determining refunds, and its decisions are final.

Service Standards & Disputes: Specialists are expected to perform services professionally. Customers must report disputes within specified timeframes. NECC+ will mediate disputes and has final authority on resolutions.

Customer Presence & Consent: Customers may remain on-site during services. If absent, Customers must provide written consent authorizing the Specialist to perform services without their presence. Customers accept the Specialist’s service record as binding in such cases.

Liability & Disclaimers: Customers must secure valuables prior to service. NECC+ and Specialists are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or unsecured items. Claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours after service completion. Liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in question, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property: All platform content, logos, and materials remain the property of NECC+. Customers may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent from NECC+.

User Content & Reviews: Customers grant NECC+ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any reviews or feedback submitted. NECC+ is not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content.

Account Security & Termination: Customers are responsible for their account credentials. NECC+ may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of Terms or misuse of the platform.

Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify NECC+ against claims arising from platform use or breaches of these Terms.

Privacy & Data Protection: Customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: The Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be handled by applicable local and federal courts.

Amendments: NECC+ may update the Terms at any time at its discretion.

Severability & Entire Agreement: If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Waiver & Assignment: Non-enforcement does not waive rights. Customers may not assign rights without prior written consent from NECC+.

Privacy Policy

NECC+ is committed to protecting the privacy of Customers and Specialists. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the steps taken to safeguard it. By using the platform, you consent to practices mentioned below:

Information Collection: We collect information voluntarily provided by Customers such as name, contact details, address, payment information, service details, and optional photos. We also collect automatically generated information such as usage data, device information, and communications.

Use of Information: Data is used to facilitate services, process payments, communicate updates, analyze trends, improve functionality, and for operational and legal purposes. Payment processing is securely handled by Chase Business Authorize.net; NECC+ does not store sensitive payment details.

Information Sharing: Data may be shared with Specialists to fulfill bookings and with third-party processors necessary for platform operation. We may disclose data where legally required or to protect NECC+’s rights.

Security Measures: NECC+ employs encryption, access controls, and industry-standard practices to safeguard personal information.

Customer Rights: Customers may request corrections or deletion of their data and opt out of marketing communications. Requests can be made through the contact information below.

Retention: Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for service provision, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Policy Updates: NECC+ may update this policy at its discretion. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

NECC+ provides clear and fair policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and post-service responsibilities.

Customer Cancellations:

  • 24 hours or more before scheduled service: Full refund.
  • Between 90 minutes and 24 hours before scheduled service: Flat $20 cancellation fee.

Rescheduling:

  • Customers may, on a complimentary basis, reschedule a booking up to 3 (three) times within a 25-day period beginning from the date of the first booking.
  • Any additional rescheduling request beyond this limit shall constitute to a $20 cancellation fee.

Specialist Cancellations:
If a Specialist cancels a service, NECC+ will attempt reassignment. If unsuccessful, Customers are eligible for a full refund.

Dispute Resolution & Refund Mediation:
All disputes and refund claims are solely handled by NECC+. Customers agree that NECC+’s resolution is final and binding. Remedies may include refunds, credits, or alternative solutions, at NECC+’s discretion.

Post-Completion Policy:

  • Customer Presence: Customers must be present during the service. If choose to be absent, a written consent must be provided to allow the Specialists to enter to perform work. Customers agree that the Specialist’s record of service is binding.
  • Claims Window: Customers must instantly report any disputes, damages, or issues right after service completion. If unable to do so, a 24-hour grace period is allowed for cases when customers cannot be physically present due to documented reasons . After this timeframe, NECC+ is not lawfully obliged to investigate or to issue any refunds whatsoever.
  • Lost or Missing Items: Customers are mandated to secure valuables before the service commences. NECC+ and its Specialists are not lawfully liable for lost, misplaced, or unsecured items.
  • Acceptance of Service: Completion of service without timely disputes constitute an acceptance of work as satisfactory.

Exceptions: Refunds and policies may be modified at NECC+’s sole discretion in cases of emergencies, force majeure, or extraordinary circumstances.

Policy Updates: NECC+ may revise this policy at its discretion. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any updates.
